Shipping policy

Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 2-3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

Pick Up: Orders can be picked up daily, at checkout you have the option to choose pick up, if you are local. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pick up.

Delivery: During check out, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays. Local delivery is available for addresses within 10 miles of our shop with a minimum purchase of $25. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. 

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

If you have questions regarding an order that has already shipped, please contact the United States Postal Service direct for assistance. You will need to provide the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email.

Please be sure to ship to a secure location. We are not responsible for lost packages, stolen packages, or any damage that may be caused after delivery. USPS does have GPS scanners so they know where a package was delivered. USPS carriers also notate any visible damages to a package before delivery.
